Yes, you can change your package anytime. Once the number of locations exceed the max locations in a tier, you are automatically upgraded, you enjoy the savings.

Yes, you can cancel any yearly paid plans. Refund is issued on the remaining months of the yearly paid plan. Monthly paid plans can be cancelled any time, however there is no partial refund on monthly paid plans. Agency partners with consolidated monthly invoicing reflect the current status of active client accounts.
